Wegman Design Group wins six Sand Dollar Awards


NAPLES, Fla. (Sept. 30, 2013) – Wegman Design Group celebrated a banner evening Saturday when they were honored with six Sand Dollar awards for a diverse range of commercial projects completed in Collier County. Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA)’s annual award ceremony took place on Sept. 28, 2013 at the Waldorf Astoria in Naples, Fla.

Wegman Design Group’s winning projects are:

Wyndemere Country Club, Commercial Remodel over $3.5MM (with D. Garrett Construction)

St. Kitts in Pelican Bay, Remodel Construction under $1MM (with EECON)

NCH administration suites, Commercial Remodel under $1MM (with Surety Construction Company)

Venture X, Office/Commercial Park (with Build LLC and Don Stevenson Design)

Chapel Grill, Commercial Remodel, Restaurant $1-2MM (with Build LLC and Don Stevenson Design)

Moorings Park – The Center for Healthy Living Healthcare Facility (with Manhattan Construction).

The Sand Dollar Awards are presented each year to member builders, developers, architects, interior design firms and other professionals who have demonstrated building and design excellence in Collier County. The coveted Sand Dollar Award is the highest accolade given by the sales and marketing council of the CBIA. The awards are presented as a result of onsite judging by experts from across the state of Florida.
