Seven homes sold in 12 months at The Gables on 6th

NAPLES, Fla. (November 11, 2013) – The last of seven classically designed single-family homes at The Gables on 6th in Naples, Fla. closed this week, marking one year since the first model went up for sale. Adam Smith, principal of Naples Redevelopment, says the project’s success can be attributed to the unique design and a prime Olde Naples location.

The intimate community is located within walking distance from pristine beaches, world-class shopping and five-star restaurants, and provides buyers with complete landscape maintenance for a freer, turnkey lifestyle.

Naples Redevelopment partnered with Jeff Harrell Architecture and MHK Design to preserve an Olde Florida theme that blends the exteriors seamlessly into their landscaped surroundings. For the interiors, the designers focused on a spacious, contemporary approach that appeals to a younger market looking for a second home in Naples.

“We were the first to bring the row home concept to our local market and it has been incredibly well-received,” said Smith.

Homes at The Gables range from 2,800 to 3,300 square feet and feature unique floor plans with three bedrooms, two-car garages and a pool and spa for each residence.

With Jeff Harrell and Associates as the lead architect on the project, the residences are designed and built to the highest level, incorporating a great room style highlighted by open floor plans, wood plank flooring, a Miele/Viking or Thermador kitchen package, and professionally designed pool and garden areas.

Based on the success of The Gables, Naples Redevelopment has started their newest project, Jumby Bay on 9th Ave. S., highlighted by Anglo-Caribbean design and offers four bedrooms instead of three, larger pools and larger courtyards. The first model will open in February.
