Notta Cupcake® introduces new dessert flavors and recipe book


NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 8, 2012) – Notta Cupcake®, the Naples based producer of “cake in a cup” dessert kits and gift packages, has launched new flavors of cake mixes and an instructional recipe book. Lauren Crawford, the 11-year old entrepreneur behind the Notta Cupcake name, spent her summer vacation creating and testing flavors to please a variety of tastes. The new offerings include carrot cake and mocha espresso, along with the original double chocolate chip. All flavors are available in gluten-free versions, are GMO-free and use all natural ingredients.

Lauren also created her own dessert recipes that use the original Notta Cupcake® cake mix. The new recipe book provides instructions for chocolate peanut butter crunch cake, chocolate cherry cheesecake, orange raspberry cake and more. The recipe book is included with each purchase of a Notta Cupcake® gift package.

Launched in 2009, Notta Cupcake® offers a convenient chocolate dessert option that can be made in about three minutes. The recipe is so easy even a child can make it with parental supervision. Sold online and in her mother’s interior design shop Bay 170, Lauren came up with the idea after attending a summer cooking camp.
