Mitchell Dentistry launches eye protection campaign

FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 24, 2013) – While dentists focus primarily on the teeth, Mitchell Dentistry, a comprehensive dental practice based in Fort Myers, has launched an in-office campaign to protect patients’ eyes during dental procedures. B.Y.O.S., or “Bring Your Own Sunglasses,” urges patients to wear sunglasses to prevent water, debris or any other foreign substance from getting into their eyes.

Partnering with Frantz EyeCare, patients who comply will be eligible to enter to win a gift certificate provided by Frantz EyeCare valued at $150 toward the purchase of designer sunglasses.

“Our priority is our patients’ health and safety,” said Dr. Jim Mitchell. “We have protective glasses in our office that patients can wear, or they can choose to wear their own.”
