Matanzas Inn celebrates 28th anniversary with birthday bash on Oct. 28th


FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 9, 2012) -- What happened in 1984? The first Apple Macintosh was introduced, the space shuttle Discovery launched its maiden voyage – and the Matanzas Inn Restaurant on Fort Myers Beach opened its doors. The restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Fort Myers Beach, will celebrate all month long, culminating with a birthday bash starting at noon on Oct. 28th. Highlighting the main event will be live entertainment, special lunch and dinner menu features, and opportunities to win free prize raffles.

Entertainment will include an array of local talent anchored by musician/singer Greg Watts from noon to 4 p.m., and Steve Lutke from 5 to 9 p.m.
