Florida Gulf Bank offers 'tax relief' for area accountants

FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 2, 2012) – Tax season is here once again and local accountants are working around the clock. In a gesture of goodwill and community spirit, Florida Gulf Bank’s principals and staff will stop by several accountants’ offices starting next week bearing “Tax Relief Packages.” This is the third year that Florida Gulf Bank has spearheaded this effort.

Each package contains coffee, candy and other goodies to brighten the day for those hard at work.

“This is our way of showing appreciation for the hard work our local accountants do for their clients, especially this time of year,” said Bill Valenti, Florida Gulf Bank’s president and CEO.

Valenti and his staff will be out and about in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Estero, delivering “tax relief packages” in the neighborhoods surrounding their eight Lee County banking offices.
