FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 9, 2013) – Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP will open its new law offices at 2400 First Street in late April. As downtown Fort Myers bustles with vibrant energy, business growth and the launch of the enhanced river basin, the new office will open diagonally across from the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center and next to the soon to be opened Fort Myers Library. The 8,000 square-foot office space has undergone a complete redesign and renovation.

Hahn Loeser, headquartered in Cleveland OH since 1920, has had a Southwest Florida presence since 2003 with offices opening in Naples in 2005. Since 2008, the Fort Myers office has been located in the historic Chadwick House on East First Street. The original Fort Myers office, at 2532 East First Street will close once the move is complete.

“Our new office space will enable Hahn Loeser to further expand both the breadth and depth of our professional services in Fort Myers, while bringing us even closer to the heart of Fort Myers,” said Theodore L. Tripp, Jr., office managing partner for the Fort Myers location and longtime Fort Myers resident. “Known for a range of legal services including commercial litigation, corporate, intellectual property law and more, we are recognized for handling the most complex litigation.”

The expansion will allow Hahn Loeser to increase its legal staff from four to 10 attorneys and to increase additional support staff.

“We are excited to be in a position to hire during this time of economic recovery,” said Jeanne L. Seewald, Southwest Florida offices managing partner. “We have been honored to serve the professional needs of the Fort Myers community for many years. These expanded offices provide us with a means to draw on the talent within the community to provide a greater opportunity for service.”

Hahn Loeser’s new location includes conference facilities for large and small groups, as well as the latest wireless and video conferencing technology, 13 individual offices, and expanded facilities to better meet the needs of our clients, attorneys and staff.
