Phyllis is very involved with the Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida Chapter. She serves on the board as vice president, member relations.
Her peer group is comprised of amazing individuals who cooperate and collaborate. This provides a great resource for her and for her clients.

Phyllis has won several awards over the years. Most recently:
- Statewide Golden Image Award (for Taylor Woodrow’s Rock On Scramble and Jam)
- Local Image Award (for Florida Gulf Bank’s Downtown Detour Survival Program) from the Florida Public Relations Association.
