Phyllis believes strongly in the Mind Body Connection.  She finds that she is most productive when she is exercising and eating right. 

For Phyllis that means running 4-5 times per week.  She trys to weight train 2-3 times per week.  Phyllis also eats healthily most of the time – with the occasional lapses here and there!
